This Privacy Policy applies to Optimize IQ's website, hosted application, customer workspaces, and related support, billing, and communications workflows. 3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- provide, maintain, secure, and support the Services;
- authenticate users and manage workspace access;
- process subscriptions, invoices, seat changes, and storage add-ons;

Customers may use Optimize IQ to process campaign, creative, and end-customer-related data. If you submit data to Optimize IQ or instruct us to send data to Meta or other partners, you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights, notices, and consents required to do so. In many of these situations, Optimize IQ acts as a processor or service provider on behalf of the customer workspace.
6. Cookies, Sessions, and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, fraud prevention, product functionality, and related workflows. Some product flows may also process identifiers submitted by customers or received through integrated advertising tools. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling them may affect how the Services work.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain account history, meet legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention may vary depending on the type of data, your subscription status, and whether data is tied to legal or operational requirements.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain processing. California residents may also have rights under applicable California privacy law.
